How to Use:
1. Collect 100 mL sample with Thio Bag.
2. Add EC growth powder medium to Thio Bag.
3. Add GEL powder to GEL bag.
4. Pour sample from Thio Bag into GEL bag.
5. Dissolve and spread GEL mixture.
6. Seal GEL bag shut.
7. Incubate at ambient temperature or in an incubator.
8. Count blue EC colonies in ambient light to score test results and decontaminate sample.
